Conceptual Design
A streamlined design service that delivers a clear, well-resolved concept for your home. You’ll receive plans, elevations, and 3D views that establish layout, form, and spatial intent—perfect for taking to a Licensed Building Practitioner or progressing as a capable DIY build. This option keeps costs down while ensuring the design is thoughtful, functional, and gives you clear conceptual direction.
Full Service Design
A complete design service from early design through to consent documentation. This includes full construction drawings and preparation for council submission, tailored to the specific regulatory context of your site and project. (New Zealand Based Projects Only)
